How to Measure at Home
String Method
Wrap a piece of string or thin strip of paper around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimeters. Compare to the circumference column in the chart below.
Existing Ring Method
Place a ring that fits well on a ruler and measure the inside diameter in millimeters. Match it to the diameter column below.
Tips for Accuracy
- Measure at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest.
- Measure 3–4 times for consistency.
- If between sizes, choose the larger size.
- Wide bands (6mm+) typically need a half size larger.
